Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Field technicians and Field support team with full responsibility for staff and cost control
- Define and implement Repair Service strategy, oversee day-to-day management and monitoring of KPIs (Waiting Time, NPS, productivity)
- Develop repair service business with entrepreneurial mindset to increase revenue and provide outstanding service
Requirements
- Proven leadership capability, especially in remote team management
- Extensive experience in white goods repair or similar industry
- Excellent analytical and process skills
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in English
- Senior high school education minimum, university degree preferable
- High social skills and ability to build relationships
