Responsibilities
- Lead the team and oversee daily operations of the gym facility
- Staff management and scheduling responsibilities
- Sales and member service - leads via CRM, phone sales, and in-person meetings
- Organize group training and coach members in Milon training
- Plan and execute activities, events, and daily cleaning
Requirements
- Positive mindset with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Service-oriented with genuine interest in training and health
- Self-driven and able to work independently with initiative
- Goal-oriented with problem-solving approach
- Natural ability to interact and create new contacts
- B-driver's license (meritorious)
