Responsibilities
- Lead and develop unit operations, finances, and work environment within integration and labor market
- Implement and follow up work methods related to the activity requirement reform
- Establish and develop collaboration with Arbetsförmedlingen, private sector, and civil society
Requirements
- Academic degree minimum 180 hp (3 years) in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years documented managerial experience with staff, finance, and operations responsibility
- Experience in integration, labor market, or related areas
