Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for staff, operations, and budget for IT-Serviceteam Norra with approx. 50 employees
- Lead through three group managers, drive change and development initiatives
- Ensure high-quality IT service delivery, user support, and process improvements
Requirements
- Academic degree in systems science, engineering, or relevant equivalent
- Documented leadership education
- Several years of management experience with staff, operations, and budget responsibility
- Experience leading through other managers
- Experience in larger organizations with complex stakeholder dependencies
- Experience leading through change, development, and growth
- Very good Swedish and good English written and oral communication
