Responsibilities
- Lead 3 group managers and take overall responsibility for personnel, operations and budget
- Develop delivery processes for user-oriented IT services and ensure continuous improvement
- Drive change management and business development for the IT service center
Requirements
- Academic degree in systems science, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
- Documented leadership education with multi-year experience as manager of managers
- Experience delivering IT services in large complex organizations
- Experience with change processes and business development
- ITIL knowledge and experience with service-oriented delivery models
- Very good Swedish and good English communication skills
