- Lead, develop and quality assure health and medical care organization
- Manage nurses and rehabilitation staff, supporting their development and collaboration
- Combined role: 1 day/week administrative Group Manager + remaining time as care-responsible nurse
Requirements
- Relevant higher education in care/welfare (nurse, social worker, social care)
- Experience in elderly care
- Coaching leadership style with ability to motivate staff
- Solution-oriented and business-minded approach
- EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permit required
