Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a unit of ~20 employees investigating right to assistance compensation
- Have personnel responsibility and result/follow-up responsibility for teams in Stockholm, Eskilstuna, Nyköping and Uppsala
- Support area manager and participate in management group of 8 unit managers
Requirements
- Higher education degree or equivalent qualifications
- Good leadership skills with ability to promote staff development
- Systematic approach with ability to work towards goals and follow up results
- Effective collaboration skills and good self-awareness
- Stable personality that promotes trust-building work climate
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to situations
