Responsibilities
- Lead and develop site organization with 25 employees including 2 group managers and 2 coordinators
- Budget, forecast and P&L responsibility for large residential property client
- Ensure delivery, quality and customer relations with high customer satisfaction
- Drive improvement work and business development
Requirements
- Education as property engineer/property manager or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the industry
- Experience with personnel management and leading other managers
- Experience with result and operations management
- Good knowledge of economics (budget, follow-up, forecast)
- Very good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills
- B driver's license
