Requirements
- Higher education degree in social work, behavioral science, social sciences or equivalent
- Experience of leadership/manager positions in public operations
- Knowledge of social services and authority exercise
- Good ability to create cooperation and build trusting relationships
- Clear, structured and result-oriented
- Commitment to social sustainability and peoples opportunity for self-sufficiency
