Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and support staff through trust-based leadership
- Work strategically with quality, authority exercise and efficiency
- Coordinate and present cases to the committee, lead cross-functional development projects
Requirements
- Rektor (principal) education or equivalent experience
- Experience with systematic quality and development work focused on results
- Experience at management level in politically governed organization
- Knowledge of municipal functions and school regulations (skollag, curricula)
- High digital competence with process mapping experience
- Experience leading various professions and creating guidelines
