Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations at health center, BVC/family center, Vellinge branch, and specialty clinic
- Drive operational work and long-term strategic planning
- Manage staff, scheduling, budget, and quality/economy follow-up
Requirements
- Healthcare background with experience in primary care
- Licensed nurse or doctor (meritorious)
- Experience in leadership and staff management at individual and group level
- Experience with budget work and financial follow-up
- Empathetic, engaged, and competent with high social competence
- Flexible, positive, and solution-focused with initiative-taking ability
- Interest in creating order, structure, and prioritization
