- Lead, coach and develop employees with recruitment and scheduling responsibilities
- Ensure high quality, guest experience, budget accountability and business development
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, conference or visitor industry
- Documented personnel management experience
- Experience with budget, profit and business responsibility
- Good administrative skills and experience with digital booking systems
- Very good Swedish (written and spoken) and good English
- Class B driving license
