Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the branch, ensure high customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Actively work as outside sales, build and maintain customer relationships
- Manage staff, inventory, logistics and operational processes
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with technical products/services
- Leadership experience or ready to take a leadership role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-focused, result-oriented and entrepreneurial
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- B-car driving license (mandatory)
