Requirements
- Legitimerad farmaceut (licensed pharmacist) or apotekstekniker (pharmacy technician)
- Experience from a leading role preferred (e.g., LMA, sales manager or similar)
- Clear and inspiring leadership style with good communication skills
- Solution-oriented with ability to handle both daily issues and long-term changes
