Requirements
- Experience in change management, organizational development, HR or transformation
- Skilled facilitator with ability to lead workshops and create engagement
- Strong communication skills and experience handling multiple stakeholders
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
- Pragmatic, business-oriented and result-oriented mindset
- Experience from Nordic or international organization (meritorious)
