Responsibilities
- Drive own coffee shop with overall responsibility for sales, results, and operations
- Lead and support team behind the bar (90% of role)
- Ensure work environment, food safety, cleanliness, and staff management
Requirements
- Previous staff responsibility and experience leading others
- Experience in sales and service, preferably in leadership position
- Understanding of economics and ability to analyze financial results
- Initiative-taking and comfortable working in high-paced environment
- Values cleanliness, routines, and attention to detail
- Experience working towards set goals with good follow-up skills
