Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the psychiatric inpatient ward (16 beds) and two intoxication beds
- Manage staff, economy, work environment and rehabilitation issues
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety in collaboration with MLA and assistant manager
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Leadership experience in healthcare
- Registered nurse (psychiatric specialist meriting)
- Swedish language skills at C1 level (required for patient contact)
- Experience in psychiatric nursing (meriting)
