Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team of ~20 employees including production leaders and operators
- Manage daily production, planning and coordination of concrete spraying underground
- Ensure work environment, safety and operational efficiency
- Budget follow-up, results monitoring and business development
Requirements
- High school education (gymnasieutbildning)
- Leadership experience
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- B-driver's license
- Experience in rock/construction work (meritorious)
- Previous management experience with staff responsibility (meritorious)
