Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and follow up operations within work and integration with personnel, budget and operational responsibility
- Drive development work with the new activity requirements reform and new Social Services Act intentions
- Supervise approximately 20 staff including employment consultants, integration handlers, project managers and administrators
Requirements
- Relevant higher education (e.g., social worker, behavioral scientist or equivalent)
- Experience in labor market issues and/or integration
- Leadership experience with personnel, budget and operational responsibility
- Experience working in a politically governed organization
