Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the psychiatric inpatient ward (16 beds) with responsibility for quality, patient safety and accessible care
- Manage staff, work environment, competence supply and budget
- Drive improvement and development work within process-based psychiatry, near-care, digitization and continuous operational development
Requirements
- Licensed healthcare professional OR other relevant university degree/management experience
- Documented experience in healthcare, preferably in leadership
- Good psychiatric knowledge and interest in development and improvement work
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work structured with quality, goals and follow-up
