Responsibilities
- Lead Transformation Office team driving strategic transformation across supply chain, hardware flow, industrialization, software development, and new systems
- Build team, shape culture, and establish effective ways of working while delivering transformation agenda
- Translate Operational Excellence roadmap into actionable roadmaps and priorities for multiple business domains
Requirements
- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent education
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in digital transformation, operational transformation, operations strategy, industrialization, software development, or supply chain
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience leading, developing, and challenging organizations, management teams, and employees
- Security vetting required
