Responsibilities
- Manage BI & Digital Tools team ensuring high performance and efficient ways of working
- Drive data-driven transformation by translating data into KPIs, insights, and decision support
- Develop and execute the organization's data governance roadmap
Requirements
- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in Business Intelligence, automation, or Machine learning
- Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
- Experience in leading transformation and change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
