Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and develop the department to achieve set goals with overall treatment responsibility for clients
- Operational, budget and personnel responsibility for the department's employees
- Collaborate with group leaders and treatment secretaries, report to institution manager
Requirements
- Academic degree min 180 hp in social sciences, behavioral science or relevant field
- Several years of experience in care, treatment and security operations (social services, healthcare, correctional services)
- Documented current experience in supervisory/leadership role
- B driver's license
