Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and follow up operations with quality focus
- Personnel responsibility including recruitment and competence development
- Ensure compliance with social services law, quality standards and framework agreements
Requirements
- Social worker degree (socionomexamen)
- Several years of experience in supported housing/HVB/treatment or equivalent social work
- Documented leadership experience with full personnel responsibility
- Knowledge of social services law and social documentation
- Very good Swedish skills (written and oral)
- Good administrative and digital competence
- B driver's license
