Responsibilities
- Lead and operate in finance function for two sawmill companies (Ljungträ and Boda Såg)
- Analyze and report monthly closings, budgets, cash flow and forecasts
- Drive controlling, profitability follow-up, investment calculations and sustainability reporting
- Handle HR matters, IT systems, insurance procurement and stakeholder relations
Requirements
- Economic higher education
- Documented experience as finance/accounting manager with operational bookkeeping
- Strong analytical ability and business acumen
- Fluent Swedish and good English (written/spoken)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with attention to detail
- Inclusive leadership skills
