Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Nature Management Unit with 15 staff including operational, personnel and budget responsibility
- Manage 200 nature reserves in Stockholm county - accessibility, protection, signage, trails, and maintenance
- Drive development and improvement work, ensuring good working environment and competence development
Requirements
- Academic degree in nature conservation, natural sciences, administration, economics or relevant field
- Several years of current managerial or operational leadership experience
- Experience with business planning, financial management and personnel responsibility
- Experience leading operations with external contractors
- Experience driving development and improvement work
- Good ability to express in Swedish verbally and in writing
