Responsibilities

• Lead and develop approximately 15 employees within social services for adults
• Ensure legally secure and quality-focused official authority exercise across multiple areas including financial support, addiction care, and LSS
• Drive development work in line with new Social Services Act and coordinate with external partners like region and Arbetsförmedlingen

Requirements

• Social worker degree (socionomexamen) or equivalent
• Experience in social services, preferably in multiple areas
• Good knowledge of social services legislation and official authority exercise
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish (written and spoken)
• B-driver's license

SwedishPermanent employment (tillsvidareanställning), starting October 2026. Unit covers diverse areas: financial support, addiction treatment, violence in close relationships, elderly care, social psychiatry, LSS, and Ungbo. Central role in upcoming activity requirement reform and comorbidity reform.
