- Lead and develop ~15 staff across child/youth case management, open care, and new Villa Viken unit
- Ensure legal, quality case management and drive development based on new Social Services Act
- Develop school cooperation and cross-sector collaboration for early, coordinated interventions
Requirements
- Social work degree (socionomexamen), experience in child/youth social services, knowledge of social services legislation and case management, valid Swedish driver's license (B)
