- Lead, motivate and develop team of skilled mechanics
- Plan and allocate work orders, resources; ensure quality standards and customer service
Requirements
- Experience in leadership in a technical or workshop environment
- Good technical understanding
- Ability to create structure, plan and prioritize
- Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Good computer skills (Office package)
