- Lead and manage daily operations of the service workshop in Malmö
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of skilled mechanics
- Plan and allocate work orders and resources
- Ensure quality standards, customer satisfaction and safe work environment
Requirements
- Experience leading in a technical or workshop environment
- Good technical understanding
- Leadership experience with preferably coaching approach
- Ability to create structure, plan and prioritize
- Focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Good computer skills (Office package)
