Responsibilities
- Manage 11 HR managers with responsibility for assignments, economy, and work environment
- Develop HR processes and working methods for situation-adapted support to operations
- Lead overarching working groups/projects and collaborate with operations managers on HR improvements
Requirements
- HR education or equivalent academic degree
- Several years of experience as HR manager/leader
- Broad competence and experience from entire HR area
- Experience of strategic development and change work in complex organization
- Very good Swedish communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experienced project manager
- Experience from working in various support systems
