Responsibilities
- Lead and develop production at the Gävle facility
- Ensure quality, documentation, traceability and delivery capability
- Drive process development, improvement work and technical problem solving
Requirements
- Engineering background (mechanical, process or chemical) or equivalent technical experience
- Experience from manufacturing industry (process industry, materials, chemistry, powder handling or similar)
- Proven experience in production management or production-near technical responsibility
- Experience with process development and upscaling
- Quality work experience including deviation handling and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S or similar)
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
