Responsibilities
- Lead operations for 60,000 hectares of productive forest land as the highest operational manager
- Provide strategic leadership and develop the organization together with the board
- Manage stakeholder relations with shareholders, authorities, partners, and the local community
Requirements
- Higher forestry education or equivalent work experience
- Several years of leadership experience with operational, staff and budget responsibility
- Good understanding of forestry business and economics
- Experience of strategic leadership and business development
- Very good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
