Responsibilities
- Lead finance and procurement team (accountant, project controller, procurement coordinator)
- Overall responsibility for budget, forecasts, financial statements, reporting and long-term financial management
- Provide strategic and operational support to CEO, management and board with analyses and decision-making documentation
Requirements
- Academic degree in economics; several years of qualified accounting work with responsibility for accounting, financial control and follow-up; leadership experience with personnel responsibility; good knowledge in accounting, financial statements, budgeting and financial analysis; experience preparing decision support for leadership and board; good skills in digital financial systems; very good Swedish communication skills; experience with investment-intensive operations and project follow-up
