Responsibilities
- Lead approximately 45 staff including nurses, assistant nurses and administrators with employer and operational responsibility
- Develop operations through effective work methods with high quality and continuous follow-up
- Report to area manager and collaborate with doctor chief and unit manager colleagues within the operational area
Requirements
- Licensed nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska) eligible to practice within Swedish healthcare
- Experience from inpatient care (slutenvård)
- Swedish language skills minimum C1 level according to European Council scale
- Previous leadership/management experience meritorious
- Experience in infectious disease care, project management or development work meritorious
