Responsibilities
- Lead overall Human Resources and Safety, Health, Environment & Quality function for Underground Division
- Identify and develop key talents, scout future competencies, and implement People & SHEQ strategies
- Build proactive 'can do' culture across division and support Customer Centers in Australia, China, Central Asia
Requirements
- 10+ years leading Human Resources and SHEQ functions
- Proven experience in leading change, cultivating culture, and engaging with various organizational levels
- Strong international mindset and experience required
- University degree in HR, Organizational Management, International Management or similar
- Fluency in written and spoken English
