Responsibilities
- Work with ICA store owners and managers to develop sales, operations and profitability
- Analyze key figures, identify potential, and develop action plans with follow-up
- Coach store owners and management groups in sales and operations
Requirements
- Leading position with budget, result and personnel responsibility
- Experience with store economics, business planning and price/assortment strategy
- B-driver's license and fluent Swedish in speech and writing
