Responsibilities
- Full commercial responsibility for the Swedish market, focusing on food & beverage industry (70% end users, 30% distributors)
- Develop existing customer relationships and identify new growth opportunities within strategic segments
- Create business plans, conduct sales activities in Salesforce CRM, and negotiate annual agreements with key customers
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience with consistent achievement of sales targets
- Previous experience from the food industry is required
- Swedish as mother tongue with professional English communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with distributors and end users
- Structured and independent work style with home office capability
- Willingness to travel within Sweden and Scandinavia
