Responsibilities
- Lead design vision and strategy across all consumer-facing digital products
- Build and manage a multidisciplinary design team of ~10 professionals
- Drive AI integration and innovation in design workflows
Requirements
- Proven track record building and leading high-performing design teams in tech, media, or financial services
- Ability to operate at strategic level, influencing C-suite executives
- Expertise in design systems and scalable design practices for multi-product platforms
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies applied to design workflows
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling
- Experience with consumer financial services or comparison platforms (highly desirable)
