Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the administration based on political goals and economic frameworks
- Ensure political decisions are implemented with budget responsibility and resource prioritization
- Drive strategic development and represent the administration externally
Requirements
- Academic degree in relevant field
- Several years of management/leadership experience
- Experience leading through other managers
- Experience in politically controlled organization
- Experience from at least one operational area (preschool, school, social services)
- Experience of change and development work
