Requirements
- Previous experience as Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Supervisor or senior FOH team member
- Experience in busy, high-volume restaurant environments
- Hands-on approach to leading service
- Strong guest focus and communication skills
- Team-first mindset with ability to stay calm under pressure
