Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of unit with ~12 employees, ensuring continuity
- Handle work environment, rehabilitation matters and HR issues
- Create structure, make decisions and report to department manager weekly
Requirements
- Documented leadership experience with responsibility for employees and work environment
- Experience entering challenging operations and quickly creating structure
- Practical experience with SAM, risk assessment and psychosocial work environment
- Must be on site in Nyköping at least 4 days per week
- Understanding of public authority environment and formal decision-making
