Responsibilities
- Take full commercial ownership of the Swedish market with budget responsibility and yearly contract negotiations
- Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities in food and beverage industry
- Conduct field sales activities across southern Sweden (2-4 days/week) with 70% end-user and 30% distributor focus
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience with track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience working within the food industry (firm requirement)
- Native Swedish language proficiency and strong English communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term commercial relationships with distributors, key accounts, and end-users
- Structured, self-directed approach with ability to manage home office independently
- Willingness to travel within Sweden 2-4 days weekly and occasionally to other Scandinavian countries
