Responsibilities
- Develop communication plans for major projects and change initiatives
- Create strategic communication strategy and channel strategy for RE&FM Norden
- Produce presentation materials, message platforms, and one-pagers for management and staff
Requirements
- Documented experience in project and change communication in complex organizations
- Experience supporting investment or change projects
- Ability to translate business information into audience-appropriate communication
- Experience from matrix organizations (industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors preferred)
- Very good Swedish and English skills (written and spoken)
- Completed high school education
