Lead a legal section of 15-20 staff at Kronofogden, Sweden's Enforcement Authority. You will have operational, personnel, budget and work environment responsibility as part of the unit's management group, working closely with colleagues to develop the agency. Position based in Sundbyberg, Uppsala or Gävle, with opportunities for remote work and travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 15-20 jurists and administrative staff
- Hold operational, personnel, budget and work environment responsibility
- Collaborate within and outside the agency to achieve results and create value for customers
Requirements
- Law degree (juristexamen) from university (270 credits or equivalent)
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Previous managerial experience is desirable
- Current experience from Kronofogden's Juristenheten verkställa is desirable (within last 3 years)
