KTH Royal Institute of Technology is seeking a Head of Accounts Receivable/Payable (Reskontrachef) to lead a group of 21 employees within the Finance Department. The group handles payment flows for customer and supplier accounts, as well as bank and payment solutions. Located at KTH campus in Valhallavägen, this leadership role involves driving development and change while ensuring high-quality financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 21 employees including workload distribution and personnel responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality delivery and efficient payment flows within accounts receivable and payable
- Participate in Finance Department management group and drive development/change initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent work experience approved by the employer
- Minimum 5 years of current professional experience in payment flows, accounts receivable/payable, or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and system handling
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
