Sjöbo Municipality seeks a Unit Manager for two LSS (disability support) operations in southern Skåne. The role covers group homes, service housing, youth housing, short-term facilities, daily activities, and social psychiatry services. You will join a leadership team of 6 unit managers working under a operations manager, responsible for overall quality, economy, personnel, and development. The municipality emphasizes a vision of "A good life every day" with focus on customer participation and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for planning, management, quality, economy, personnel, and work environment within LSS operations
- Lead and develop staff through visible, present leadership while fostering engagement and participation
- Ensure customer focus with participation and influence as foundational principles
Requirements
- Relevant higher education in social work, rehabilitation, or behavioral sciences
- Knowledge of LSS legislation and neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF)
- Current leadership/management experience
- Several years of professional experience with LSS target group
- Knowledge of pedagogical approaches and support methods
- B-driver's license
- Swedish fluency (written and spoken)
