As Program Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Program Manager to lead and coordinate the development of this major healthcare investment, creating structure and driving progress in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role offers a blend of strategic and operational work within a forward-thinking regional organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the program's staff and common processes for coordination and governance
- Coordinate resource planning, subprojects, and interdependencies between projects and operations
- Ensure decision preparation, follow-up on time, risk, quality, and goal achievement
Requirements
- Academic degree in engineering, civil engineering, economics, public administration, or relevant field
- Several years of experience in qualified management within large projects, programs, or complex organizations
- Documented experience in program or project management including follow-up, resource planning, and risk management
- Very good Swedish and English communication skills (spoken and written)
